Group Bookings

At the KMR we specialize in group bookings (probus, car clubs, family gatherings, people with special needs etc.).

Telephone me (Jennifer) for any bookings, questions you may have and ask us how we can make your group outing one to remember.

• Groups are most welcome to book on any of our running days.
• Group numbers (minimum 20 – maximum 48)
• Concession Price of $12 (train/museum entry) is for 20 or greater only.
• Morning  or Afternoon Tea with biscuits $2.50 per head

Or

• Morning or Afternoon Tea with homemade Rock Cakes $4 per head
• (this is self serve with plenty of cups of tea and coffee to be had)

Lunch Package

• 2 Gourmet sausages, buttered bread, tea/coffee & 2 biscuits $8 per head
• Also for groups if they would like I can arrange for a bowl of basic green salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, dressing & cutlery) per table for $3 per head
• Also if you would prefer 'rock cakes' instead of biscuits it would be an extra $2 per head

• Therefore if a group wanted the total above package it would be $13 per head 

• This is served by Andrew and I and tables are cleared by us.

Bus Parking & Disabled Access

• Small and Large Buses are able to park at ‘The Ticket Box’ for the groups’ convenience.
• We also have disabled ramps for the carriages and disabled toilet facilities.
• We have seating capacity for 48 people at tables with tablecloths.
